Refund policy

At BabyChic, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Exchanges can only be made for in-stock items of equal or greater value. Items cannot be exchanged for customized items.

Customized and personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered.

We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you have any concerns.
