We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing fault or an error on our part.
