What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Our pieces are crafted with 18K gold, natural diamonds, and the finest materials to ensure safety and sparkle for every stage of life.

Can I customize or engrave a piece?

Yes! Many of our designs can be personalized with initials, names, or birthstones. Just look for the customization option on the product page.

Is your jewelry safe for babies and toddlers?

Absolutely. BabyChic Jewelry is designed with both style and safety in mind. All our baby pieces are hypoallergenic and gently finished. We do however recommend to start with bracelets and earrings at +6 months and necklaces at +2 years.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders within 1–3 business days. Personalized items may take 7-10 business days to create before shipping.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every order arrives in our signature BabyChic gift box — perfect for celebrating life’s sweetest moments.

What is your return policy?

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BabyChic, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Exchanges can only be made for in-stock items of equal or greater value. Items cannot be exchanged for customized items.

Customized and personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered.

We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you have any concerns.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are currently not shipping worldwide. We can only ship in locally inside Jordan, nation wide.

Can I order a custom design not listed on your website?
