What materials do you use in your jewelry?
BabyChic jewelry is crafted in 18K gold and may feature natural diamonds, enamel, and other carefully selected materials depending on the design. Each piece is made with longevity, comfort, and everyday wear in mind.
Is BabyChic jewelry safe for little ones?
Our children’s jewelry is thoughtfully designed with little ones in mind. We use high-quality materials and child-friendly finishes, but as with all jewelry, pieces should be worn under adult supervision and removed during sleep, bathing, swimming, or active play.
How do I care for my pieces?
To keep your BabyChic jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store each piece separately in its pouch or box when not being worn.

Are personalized pieces exchangeable?
Because personalized pieces are created especially for you, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing fault or an error on our part. We recommend checking all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Can I personalize or engrave a piece?
Yes. Many BabyChic pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, or engraving options. Available customization choices are shown on each product page, and you can contact us if you have something more specific in mind.
Can I create a custom BabyChic piece?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7–10 business days for your piece to be created before delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BabyChic, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Exchanges may be made for in-stock items of equal or greater value. Items cannot be exchanged for customized or personalized pieces.
Customized, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing fault or an error on our part.
Refunds are not offered.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us promptly if you have any concerns regarding your piece.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver throughout Jordan. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on bringing BabyChic to more destinations soon.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every BabyChic piece is presented in our signature packaging, making it ready to gift from the moment it arrives. If your order is a gift, you can also add a personal message where available.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering. Many of our children’s bracelets and necklaces are designed with adjustable lengths to allow for growth. If you are unsure, contact us and we will be happy to help you choose the best fit.
What is your return policy?
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned in their original, unworn condition within the return period stated in our Returns Policy. Personalized, engraved, custom-made, and certain made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange Policy for complete details.
